The series Hello Darling is centered on the gesture of the embrace. In quiet and balanced compositions, stylized female figures hold a symbolic being. For the artist, these beings suggest birds — symbols of children who now rest in the arms, but will someday fly.

Inspired by Daniela’s recent motherhood, the series translates emotional bonds into images that contain and preserve. There is also a subtle visual reference to Indigenous Brazilian women, especially in the dark hair and earthy skin tones.

Each painting becomes a gesture of holding — where presence lingers, and love takes shape.
